A real canadian underground album done in 1995, same time as the Rascalz, which had a video on rapcity, and after they made a success of their work they split and moved to Connecticut & one member from Cipher G Squared moved to Boston and became part of the Kreators. We never heard anything after that about who Cipher was just a classic album for Vancity and they also had a few vinyl singles and tapes.
